Responsibilities
Scheduling
- Support Senior Partners
- Coordinate daily schedules for partners including, but not limited to: client calls, client in-
person meetings, travel and other calendar requirements as needed. - Monitor partner schedules to track any time sensitive changes throughout the day.
- Assist in setting up client calls and meetings including sending meeting invites, ensuring
proper set up of Zoom or Teams links and monitoring attendee responses. - Coordinate with clients on availability and request Hill meetings.
- Work with clients to provide schedules, itineraries as necessary, organize and compile
“deliverable material” that our team provides ex. “Fly-Ins”. - General Administrative work and support, at times this could consist of assisting multiple
partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, or
- a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative work, preferably in a consulting or agency
environment. - Proven experience working on the hill, preferred not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage
with clients. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational
and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products is preferred.

The position is in-person, paid, full-time, salaried employment with competitive benefits. Salary
& title commensurate with experience. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
