Front Desk Associate
Location: Washington, DC

government relations, helping clients achieve their goals in Washington, DC and around the

The position is paid, full-time, salaried employment with competitive benefits. Salary & title
commensurate with experience. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
General Administrative
- Sit at the CGCN front desk where you will greet and assist all incoming guests
- Manage both outgoing and ingoing packages/Office Mail
- Service Providers: manage key fob/security account, supplies vendors, phone system, shipping
accounts, and other service provider accounts - Preparing conference room for meetings
- Ordering/Stocking Office Supplies
Additional Responsibilities
- Hill Outreach
- Compile Outreach Lists, identify targets and pull email addresses. Send emails on
behalf of CGCN Partners. Track Responses and create reports for clients as needed.

- Coordinate with clients on availability, request with Hill staffers, coordinate schedules,
record meeting details and add to calendars. - Also work with clients to provide schedules or itineraries as necessary, and organize
deliverable materials. - Remain in constant contact with client leading up to meeting to ensure everything goes
smoothly and inform them of any changes.

Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in an office setting, especially in politics and advocacy.
- Proficiency across all Microsoft Suite Programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
