David Weinman brings more than a decade of experience leading high-impact strategic communications, advocacy, and political operations to CGCN. Most recently, he served as campaign manager for Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s U.S. Senate campaign and led his political team throughout Hogan’s second term — overseeing a 40+ professionals and a $20 million budget.
Weinman has led communications strategy for campaigns across the country, including for the Republican Governors Association on 12 races during the 2018 cycle.
Weinman began his career in high-stakes rapid response environments, including in the War Room of Governor Chris Christie’s presidential campaign and as a Senior Research Analyst at the public affairs firm Delve.
