As Finance Operations Manager at CGCN, I support the firm’s financial and operational functions, including contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and internal processes that help keep client and business operations running smoothly.
Before joining CGCN, I worked in state government, legislative, and political organizations, building experience in financial tracking, operations management, and data analysis. Most recently, I worked with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Office of Transformation, where I supported financial and operational reporting across more than 30 state agencies and developed reporting tools and dashboards to inform leadership decision-making. I also held several roles with the Michigan House of Representatives, supporting legislative operations, stakeholder engagement, and administrative management.
I enjoy creating organized, efficient processes and using data to support informed decision-making. My experience includes financial reporting, reconciliation, contract and invoice management, project coordination, and process improvement.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University with a concentration in Law, Justice, and Public Policy and am currently pursuing my MBA at Arizona State University.
