Mathilde Sharman is a strategic communications professional who helps clients navigate complex challenges and drive impactful outcomes. She brings a strong foundation in integrated public affairs campaigns. Prior to joining CGCN, Mathilde was a Senior Director at a communications and digital agency based in Washington, D.C., where she executed high-profile initiatives in the healthcare policy and communications space. She has a broad range of experience across coalition building, reputation management, media engagement, thought leadership, executive communications, and event management.

Mathilde holds a B.A. in Strategic Communication from Washington and Lee University and is a proud Alabama native. She lives in Washington, D.C.
