Michele Jarvis is an operations professional with experience supporting senior leadership in both congressional and state government offices. She brings a strong background in managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments.
Most recently, Michele served as Director of Operations in the Office of Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz, where she oversaw operations and scheduling for a Member serving on the House Committees on Finance and Agriculture. Previously, she served as Operations Director for Congressman Russ Fulcher, where she managed operations across three district offices in Idaho and served as the office’s Grants Coordinator.
In addition to her work in Congress, Michele has supported members of the Idaho State House of Representatives and served as Special Assistant to the Idaho Secretary of State. She also served for over eight years as the public member of the Idaho Respiratory Therapy Board, including four years as chair. Michele contributed to the Idaho Caregiver Alliance Workgroup and the Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias Workgroup. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Brigham Young University.
Michele recently relocated to Northern Virginia and brings her experience and operational mindset to support CGCN’s team and clients.
